Passport services require a prior appointment. Please contact the Mission to schedule your visit.
New Passport Issuance
Who can apply?
Palestinian citizens residing in Belgium or Luxembourg who need a new Palestinian passport for the first time.
Required Documents
- Completed passport application form
- Palestinian ID card (original + copy)
- 4 recent passport-size photographs (white background)
- Proof of residence in Belgium or Luxembourg
- Birth certificate

Passport Renewal
Who can apply?
Palestinian citizens whose passports have expired or are expiring within 6 months.
Required Documents
- Current (expired or expiring) passport — original
- Palestinian ID card (original + copy)
- 4 recent passport-size photographs (white background)
- Proof of residence in Belgium or Luxembourg

What to do?
- 1Report the loss to local Belgian/Luxembourg police and obtain a police report.
- 2Contact the Mission to schedule an appointment.
- 3Bring the police report, ID, photos, and proof of residence.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I apply by mail?
No. All passport applications require a personal visit to the Mission.
Can I apply on behalf of my child?
Yes. Children's passports require both parents or a legal guardian to be present, along with the child's birth certificate.
How will I be notified when my passport is ready?
The Mission will contact you by phone or email when your passport is ready for collection.
