Civil status services are available without prior appointment during consular hours: Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
Birth Registration
Who can apply?
Palestinian parents who have had a child born in Belgium or Luxembourg and wish to register the birth with Palestinian civil records.
Required Documents
- Belgian/Luxembourg birth certificate (original, apostilled)
- Parents' Palestinian passports (originals + copies)
- Parents' Palestinian ID cards (originals + copies)
- Marriage certificate (if applicable)

Marriage Registration
Who can apply?
Palestinian citizens who have married in Belgium or Luxembourg and wish to register their marriage with Palestinian civil records.
Required Documents
- Belgian/Luxembourg marriage certificate (original, apostilled)
- Both spouses' Palestinian passports (originals + copies)
- Both spouses' Palestinian ID cards (originals + copies)

Death Registration
Required Documents
- Belgian/Luxembourg death certificate (original, apostilled)
- Deceased's Palestinian passport (original + copy)
- Deceased's Palestinian ID card (original + copy)
- Applicant's Palestinian ID (original + copy)
